Annoying about the non repayment of the loan ☹️I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)3

That's very disappointing and strengthens resolve not to lend again.
CS goodies sound delightful and your meal sounded delicious. Who needs pudding with a cheeseboard and choc!Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.3 -
How disappointing about the relative. I hope they pay up soon.

hi DIA I'm sorry to hear you have been let down both by your relative and by the housing market
I can't do anything (who can?) about pheckless relatives. But one idea (if you are willing), might be to put a post about your housing quest up on the housing board. In my business when the pipeline is looking bare we sometimes decide just to try and reframe what we would be happy doing and create a long list of things - and a fraction of those ideas are useful or trigger new insights. Sometimes we reach out to a wider pool of people for ideas
I have PM'd you what you might put - I hope you forgive the libertyI think I saw you in an ice cream parlour

Thanks @beanielou @savingholmes @Sun_Addict @MovingForwards @jwil I plan to leave it for a week then will contact the non payer and ask how they plan to repay. Not looking forward to it. They have spoilt it for themself as I will never loan them money again.
On CS clothes it is rare for me to find anything that fits and suits so especially pleased
Thanks @mark55man I appreciate your input. The pipeline is a bit bare but I'm going to stick it out. I really like the area I've chosen. I might be deluded, but I do think I will breakthrough soon.
Yesterday was a paperwork sort/shred day. It was a frog I've been putting off for a while.
I've made a tech leap as I used to have paper tickets but now I use my phone with a code and I am quite relaxed about it when I hated it to start with. I also do my returns using a code on my phone
I didn't eat well yesterday. Too many crisps as my meal wasn't ready. If I always had nice apples or humous olives and veg sticks, hm soup it wouldn't happen so today my mission is to buy some nice apples and make a batch of humous.
I've done 2 wash loads and will prep tonights meal this morning too
I'm having fresh raspberries with my coffee for breakfast and a Manx kipper late morning
Hope everyone has a decent Sunday
