Food sound delicious and if you want the AF days, treat yourself to a bottle of shl0er as it tastes like wine but without the booze, or perhaps make an AF fresh fruit punch.

Well done for taking the frog down and in your shoes I'd take the same stance with that company.

  • Welcome back! I missed your posts while you were away as I (maybe wrongly) detect some similarities in our life situations, but I always find your posts motivating and spur me on. Most glad you had that break, though, and if your desired neighbourhood is anything like where I am, I'm hopeful there will now be more opportunities for your new home now you're back. Property market's really opened up here.
  • Hi there DIA.
    Great to see you back.
Wow your break sounds magical. Well done for keeping up some of the helpful habits you started whilst you were away. So much easier when things are stress free and the reality of home is far away. Not forgetting it's still cold, wet and winter here.
    Congratulations on the award.
    Enjoy your weekend

Thanks @jwil I'm so pleased that particular frog has gone  :)

Thanks @MovingForwards the company have still not replied so will leave the job...

Thanks @Forging_Ahead I'm glad you find my diary helpful. Likewise with your posts  :) I'm interested that your market has opened up. The same is beginning to happen where I am. Saw a lovely house today but it was too expensive, although generally prices appear a tiny bit cheaper

Thanks @Mrs_Boo_Boo You are right, harder to keep good habits now I am home, but will try my best  :)

Today was another blergh day. Feeling tired. My mood is slipping, but I forced myself to walk. Rewarded by a few YS goodies and a clearer head. Ate some chocolate and some crisps (I know!) other than that a soup and some salad. Kept today AF and ate within a 18:6 window

No list today but found diary and planning to have 4 days at the creative club next week. Really need a routine...

Wishing everyone a good weekend  :)

I hope the Creative Club lifts your mood. I find I need structure too.

Best of luck with the job and house hunt. Not easy trying to do both.

Thanks @jwil it was a lovely afternoon. I treated myself to a fancy bath product too!
    Thanks @savingholmes :)

Yesterday a 3 month old frog got eaten. A job for someone I know. I spent the whole day doing it sat in a coffee shop.  :) Feels like a weight lifted.

Today I'm baking a cake, chicken stock, a batch of soup, a frittata with chickpea flour instead of eggs with leeks. Giving seed crackers a go for the first time and baking a small buckwheat and quinoa loaf too. I should have a few days food so I can make good packed lunches for the Creative Club working days.

I had a stressful experience with my bank. Transferred 5 times. They agreed they had let me down so I wasn't charged for the final financial frog. Everything sorted now. Final financial frog eaten and I should begin to receive a small income now  :):)

Hoping to hear about a job this week. If I don't, back to the drawing board...

    Todays list
    Big financial frog
    Baking, cooking
Ironing and a bit of N3tflicks
    Finish and send a report
    Walking
Making appointments with beauty training college
    Book dentists

Hoping everyone has a good week
