Another quiet day today, pottering around whilst watching the Jubilee Pageant. A couple of areas given a good clean - looks much better now. I've also checked on which charities are still doing postal donations and there are a few. It's handy for when I can't get in to town to drop stuff off, I can still get it out of the house and it can do some good.
I've identified a few things that I'm going to sneak out when no one's lookingI'll do it in stages, bag it up and move it and see if anyone misses them (I'm certain they won't!) and then after a while, get rid. It's stuff they've been given and never used, or bought on impulse and never used. Or it's stuff that the kids want to get rid of but DH thinks we should try and sell (it's not high value, so the time spent is not worthwhile, but he doesn't see that given that it's my time being wasted!).
I've done 6 listings as well."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee6 -

So tired today! I did not want to get up. Another week of joy. However, only 4 days, hurrah. The novelty still hasn't worn off.
Hope everyone is well"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee5 -

I got a letter from the GP asking me to book in for another blood sugar level test. So I've got that tomorrow. I'm not convinced there will be any difference! My weight certainly isn't any better. I've made good progress with eating well, but certainly haven't reduced sugar enough.
Fingers crossed they can find a vein in the first instance!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee4
