4) FI Age 60 income target ยฃ17.1/30K 57% (if mortgage and debts repaid - need more otherwise) (If bigger lump sum ยฃ15.8/30K 52.67%)

Happy New Year everyoneย As expected I was tucked up and snoring at midnight, however, I did hear the fireworks.
We are off for our traditional visit to the beach today, it will be nice to blow the cobwebs away!
DH had a bit of a selling spree on ebay last night, so 6 things to go, hurrah!ย Even better, they are things that have been on for a while.

It was lovely at the beach today, quiet when we first got down there, but then got busy.ย It was lovely to have some fresh sea air.ย It was mild!ย The sun came out a couple of times and it was lovely.ย We also had ice creams
Went to visit the folks this afternoon, so we've had a chilled day.
