NeverendingDMP said:Yay to time off and winning the raffle. Hope you manage to get everything done today.
I went for frozen turkey crown this year as dh working all Xmas and in-laws/parents not at ours so am thinking pizza and nuggets. Will check if that's defo what the kids want.
I always find that hard if I order online. Never know how big a roast I've ordered when prices change or something has an offer on.
Something to do with being at school when they swapped to metric so learning half of eachManaged to finish all the wrapping so that's good! Definitely hard to know weights when ordering online. It's just hard to visualise the size isn't it.

Hope carol service went well.I didn't know any of the songs, and it was more of a nativity type performance (little jwil was very secretive!!) But it was nice.

Well a good start to the holidays, I quickly listed little jwil's old bed this afternoon, and it's sold and been collected already. They also took the mattress which I hadn't listed so another thing gone too
I wasn't actually expecting it to sell!
All the busy stuff is done now, so I can hopefully chill now!"If you can dream it, you can do it". Walt Disney2 -
That was quick

I've redone my financial spreadsheet for the new year. Looking at my mortgage target spreadsheet, where I've calculated what my balance needs to be every day, I'm £89 over where I need to be to pay my mortgage off at the end of the 10 year fix. That's brilliant news and leaves me a bit of a buffer for when I'm skint.
Today I plan on catching up with the washing, cleaning and tidying through and just chilling. Looking forward to the weather getting milder again!"If you can dream it, you can do it". Walt Disney2 -
