Well done for what you got done.

It's natural to get frustrated with your OH - but don't let it rob you of your joy. You're doing a great job getting rid of stuff.
Thank you :)  I like your thinking.

A nice hefty PAD today due to a cash out from PA.

We're due to be out this afternoon, but other than that I'm planning a chilled day.  Maybe a bit of pottering, but not as full on as yesterday.

Have a good one everyone :)

I have a houseful of stuff from my husband that "might come in useful" so I feel your pain.

Lots of people are, and that's fine. I'm not perfect by a long chalk.  The problem is that here it impacts on all of our lives.  There is not one room that doesn't have stacks of DH's clutter in it.  Even the kids bedroom has a built in cupboard they can't use as it's full of his stuff.  They don't have a bedroom each because the spare room is full of his stuff.   There are piles of stuff on the floor in other rooms.  The garage is full, the loft is full, there is just nowhere for it to go.  And this is a massive, massive improvement on how it used to be....

Well done to you and DH for the progress made. Keep chipping away at it.
As you know I copied your £2 a day PAD, now I want to up it to add any unexpected windfalls (not that there are many of those!)

Thank you.  I should give him credit for the amount he has cleared, however much the rest still annoys me.  I know he doesn't find it easy.

Great news about the PADs, adding the windfalls is a great way to add a bit of extra without impacting on the day to day budget. :)

I did a little bit of gardening this morning until it got too hot.  I was lugging some big rocks around so good exercise!

We went out this afternoon.  Little jwil's friend cancelled, so we dropped him at his grandparents.  Little miss's friend did come and they had a lovely time together.  We've arranged to meet again soon.  It was actually quite nice out in the shade under the trees.

I've no plans for the rest of the week now and don't expect we'll do too much in the heat.
