Yeah, last one for me was maybe 4 years ago? Not sure, we've gone through many lows in the meantime but right now there seems to be a little more enthusiasm again… Touch wood and all that.

I'd love to know what the point of this question was 🤷‍♀️

It was a bbc news article about a similar poll - apparently some Gen Z think it’s acceptable or that a coffee but not an iced coffee is! I cannot imagine going to an interview with anything except if it was scorching hot a glass of water! I think I must be getting old, because I wonder what the world is coming to…

I would only contemplate a bottle of water or a drink the interviewing organisation offered me.

I wouldn't bring a drink with me usually (aside from water), but if someone brought an iced coffee to an interview I was conducting I really wouldn't see a problem with it.

Ahhh.... See I put that I found it completely acceptable. If I was interviewing someone I would have no issue with them bringing their own drink (with the exception being anything with a straw, I would think). I want to learn about them, I really don't care what they like to drink (unless it reveals that they're a drunk or something - so I am adding alcohol to the exclusion list 🤣), it would also save any awkward bit at the beginning where someone needs to offer/make them a drink!

I was surprised to see that that put me in the minority!

I think I was more offended by the use of the word "store" rather than "shop" in the phrasing of the question!

I guess iced coffees usually come with a straw, right? So if that's where you draw the line, you might want to include them too. 😆

Do they 🤯? I was envisaging a Costa-type takeaway cup 🤔 I am so not a coffee person, so am completely naive!
