In fairness, it will be back on the normal schedule from April 2028, so I have just changed it to say "Normal years April 2028 onwards", which does actually feel a lot better!

I could also delete the completed months as I go (instead of turning the cells green), so that the list of non-standard months keeps getting shorter 🤔 It's all about tricking my brain!

OK, the completed months are now gone. I am creeping closer to my targets, one deleted row at a time 😅!

After two previous emails priming me that I would be able to renew my broadband deal soon, today was the day....

    • The 12-month deal averaged £28.99/month
    • The 18-month deal averaged £27.66/month
    • The 24-month deal averaged £26.99/month

    🤯

Not sure when it became the norm for someone to need an economics degree to be able to renew their broadband 😅! Anyway, I went for the 18-month option, on the basis that for an additional 67p/month over the cheapest option I'll be able to renew 6 months sooner and should hopefully avoid ever having to pay £30.99/month, because their renewal option is always cheaper than their April price rises increase it to (and because £30.99 seems like a LOT of money)

And yes, I know I could have shopped around, but sometimes life's too short 🤣!
