Hello everyone
A quick update on today's outgoings:79. 500 emails deleted
80. A large pile of receipts shredded
81. Two pounds of “chubbage” (love that word
) lost this week
82. Yet more filing done
83. More junk mail recycled
Paperwork is the bane of my life, especially as DH is very, very reluctant to get rid of any .....
Take care all and (hugs) to the poorly ones and whoever needs one.

I managed to get rid of 6 items before leaving the kitchen this morning. Moved some of the food cans left out to the pantry as well. Still trying to nudge roommates in the right direction, but hard to do. One of them will do just the opposite of what you ask her - may have to learn some subterfuge there. One of the male roommates actually cleaned up after he cooked last night - yeah!14

I thought my back felt better big plans for going to the pool if only to walk and then tea with a friend. I took out the bins, did some washing and washed up, 2 car litters, I had to admit defeat. About 2.30 I took some co codomol but they wiped me out for hours but I’ve woken up pain free and brighter.Decluttering accounts

207. Modified morning routine (modified because of dodgy knee) 13/100
208. regifted some birthday flowers (im allergic but every so often someone forgets)! Annoyingly I can't find the fixings for a desk-chair that I'd dismantled for storage so sadly that might have to go to the dump rather than CS. On the bright side I found a hammer that I thought I'd lost and I came across a brand-new pair of vivobarefoot shoes that exH gave to DS - DS doesn't like them. I checked the price on eBay and they are fetching a good amount so I think I will try to give that a go in spite of my aversion to it!
208 & 9 - modified morning routine - days 14 & 15/100
210 - an hour of "unsubscribing"
211 - old poster
212 - Ikea chair
213 - loft detritus
214 - 6 - 3x brand new posters
217 - Wall rack
218 - 222 - 5 x large wooden letters
223 - soft toy
224 - framed picture
225 & 6 - 2x gift bag
227 - planted out a plant I got for xmas (I'd completely forgotten about it !!)
228 - put covers on garden furniture & parasol (I'd forgotten about this too)
229 - book
230 - Post box
231 - flipchart
233-5 - 4 x placemats
236. Ornament
@Blackberrycurved - sorry to hear about your back - feel well soon x

So many people in the wars....hope on the mend soon.
Still haven't done my tax ! but did take CS bag to its destination, and added 2 cardigans and a top - all red, used to be my favourite colour til my skin became redder not a good combinationalso added a bowl and count the bag 125
Listed some things for sale, took everything out of small wardrobe, used to hang up fine cardigans but decided to put in a drawer in hope that I can get rid of the hanging rail at some point. Spotted some summer jeans in the CS which I thought looked just my size - tried them on and couldn't get them past my thighs (or even on to them). abit of a reality check, thought I could fit in perhaps 20% of my clothes but think more like 10%. Some decluttering needed - did watch a webinar on healthy eating for losing weight and focused on food needed for mental and physical health and realise how few veggies I eat so hoping will do good all round if I manage this, and declutter stress as well.
Hoovered wardrobe, sorted out DD1 TV delivery- feels like I've been non stop til dinner break and TV but not as much to show for it. I will keep chipping away.
Forgot added a pair of long boots (achievement of me) and DD2 trainers so 128 (cleaning counts)

Hello Everyone!
Big hug and a relaxing Sunday being sent to @balabooberlies xx Resting and looking after yourself are essential for the smooth travel of this train, so pop your feet up and just absorb all the good vibes coming your way x
EPIC decluttering today, approx 300 items that have been stored in my house have finally been moved into Son1’s new home. Honestly couldn’t be bothered to count everything but me and the tinies helped unpack them and put them away, the tinies are thrilled with their new bedroom. Dolls and Teddies were the first thing unpacked then of course the pencils and pencil sharpener, it’s absolutely essential when you’re 5 to sharpen your pencils as much as possible at EVERY opportunity. I’m so happy the shavings now have a new home 🤣😂
My pup saw stairs with carpet for the first time and got so freaked out she slipped her harness off, who knew carpet was so very frightening.@EnergyShifter Hope the knee feels better soon xDecluttering Campaign Member -179/2023
