Not much joy with the physical stuff at the moment but I'm not working over the weekend so something might get shifted.‘Keep your eye on the donut and not on the hole.’ David Lynch.

When I post again later I will either have done a major reconfiguration of my home or be lying on the sofa tired out from overthinking
903. Jumper
904. Put notice on a stray bin that's been outside house for 2 weeks. Hoping that it'll be reclaimed.
I am going to start trying to spend time at my desk in bedroom in the evenings after dinner, rather than just remain on the sofa mindlessly watching Netflix. (Watching Netflix is fine in my book it's just the way I'm doing it at the moment - mindlessly watching any old thing). I really hope that I can make this change in behaviour. I'm out this eve so plan to put it in to practice from Monday.
905. DS' Broken rucksack
906. DS' old monzo card
907. random papers
908. broken necklace
909. Sofa dragged outside and collection booked
910. unclogged sink
911-4 - 4 x rooms reconfigured
915 - re-painted wall behind sofa (old one had marked it.
Thanks Vulpix & Mrs SD

I have emptied the washing basket today, washed the clothes and they are almost dry 👏 I've filled the dw and set it going, wiped down the wardrobe and cupboard doors and the drawer fronts, then ran the hoover over the spare bedroom.
I tackled the spare bedroom wardrobe too as I was unable to put another thing back in there 😲 (We have another wardrobe in our bedroom for everyday stuff 🙄) So in the cs bag went 3 T-shirts and 2 pairs of trousers for DH, 2 blouses and 3 posh(ish) tops for me and 4 T-shirts of mine which felt a bit too tight (I don't like tight clothes and I think they must have shrunk in the wash 😂) These items haven't been worn for such a long time that I failed to even remember the last time. I binned 2 broken hangers (clumsy me) and a bag of now spare hangers have gone into the cs bag. When putting other things away in a cupboard I came across a bag of scrap materials which I shall sort through tomorrow.
Gosh I've had such a flurry of energy today, probably won't get another one for quite a while now 🤣
mhagster well done on the house sale, one weight of your mind.
Energyshifter I must have been caught in the wake of your energy wave!!
Hugs to anyone in need. Keep on decluttering everyone.

The weekly flylady thread has some abbreviations - some for household machines but a few others as well (good starter guide), this is a link to the latest https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6396950/weekly-flylady-thread-24th-october-2022#latest. the toots welcome guide (link in the flylady thread) has some useful information including frogs but don't click on the frog movie - it's gibberish in Chinese and not secure.
I have done some work but have left the list downstairs. I tried to go to afternoon film club but I'm only on my feet due to having strapped my ankle up and lacing my mountain trainers on tight and getting downstairs was enough for me. DS3 has done some fetching and carrying for me and I have sat at the kitchen table working my way through the tool box (I'm on bags 3 and 4 now as I've removed tools but left all the screws and small bits in the bags for now). I've put my tools back in the tool box (listed), started a small pile for them (listed), another small pile of stuff to make things for baby. Lots of screwdrivers so putting them iinto an old wooden cutlery tray (large/ medium screw head/ medium flat head and bits and bobs in the teaspoon bit and will divide them once I have most of them in one place (probably 2 or 3 still in mum's shed).
I've just started a separate bag to put garden stuff in - a big box of blood/fish and bone, bulb planter, lots of odd garden gloves and some bits. 2 stray seed packs have joined the rest.
Asked DS3 about the water in the kitchen and he's fairly sure it was from the WM, the leak under the sink has stopped. He checked the pipe from the machine to outside was in place, I asked him to move a box that has fallen behind the machine at some point. The machine has been shuffling forward and is now not under the worktop at all. I cleaned off the top and then I sat in front of it wiped inside and out wherever I could get and then pushed it back into place (DS3 was going to do that for me but I found I could manage pushing each side back a few inches at a time). I've loaded it and set it going and it's done a wash. There were only 2 wash tabs left in the jar so I reached down another box of mum's tabs and put them in the jar. There was just room for two boxes worth and the empty containers have gone into the recycling. So I should finish using up mum's washing tabs around next March.
Several bag loads have gone to the bins and recycling and I weeded a few more tubs (could have done more but couldn't walk to the bins with it). Will give numbers when I'm reunited with my list.7 -
