I am reasonably uncluttered but there is always more to do and I’m looking forward to even more tips.

I am a good at recycling but could be better. I’ve just started a collection of thing for t bike.

@Mrs_Salad_Dodger how you cook a roast in all this heat well impressed. Heat is good for my non existent weight loss plan as I can't be bothered to cook 😂

@cashlink Welcome. I am a newbie on the thread too everyone is lovely 

So realised I had left non decision ornaments from Dorset in the car and I had to get them out as the car was going to the garage🤦🏼‍♀️ So brought them in, they were in a huge box, so managed to squeeze them into a much smaller box and put in the loft for the kids to decide about later. If I go up in the loft I try to declutter at least one thing on the way down. So in a large shoe box , I found all my husbands paperwork from when he bought his first house. Removed all put one set of estate agents details to show the kids in the future. The rest is ready for shredding. Some piles of spelling tests....all in recycling. Some of his old school books and pictures of our children when they were little all in the special box.

The man from the P on twitter has spoken to the customer service team and escalated the case. Sadly I have heard this before. No word from them at all so far today. 😡
When hopefully it is less hot ,I have realised my DS and girlfriend coming back at weekend , so might need to clear all the charity bags that are dumped in the room🤦🏼‍♀️

1. Write a daily To Do list - only 3 tasks

2. Deal with Old Frogs & potential frogs ASAP but at least one on FROG Fridays.

3. Reduce/Restrict time watching TV and playing AB2 during daylight hours 😉

4. Declutter one item every time I stand up.

5. Continue to keep kitchen clean & tidy - before going to bed 


Tuesday is a very overcast day but so hot - any movement leads to sweating copiously 😔 Very occasionally there is a pleasant breeze. 

Straight into cheerleading 🙂

Siebrie, I need to take that idea on board - so have modified it slightly & added to my mantras 🙂 
Agree with teachergirl that it was a great way to teach a lesson & hopefully just the once 🤞

Had a couple of hours help yesterday so living room was emptied and cleaned.  2 black bags filled and more items into recycling bin.  No energy to do anything physical today so been catching up on admin from the last couple of months.  Will start on getting things back into kitchen and living room tomorrow.

Did one load of washing today - one black jumper has left fluff over everything else.  V annoying when I don’t have time or energy to clean it all off.  When dry, whole load will go in a black sack with another washing load fail and will sort them all out in the winter when stuck indoors.

Decluttered a shift at work! Pfft was glad to get home! 

Picked up a doggy and round to mums we went, was a tiny bit drizzly but I filled the garden bin and cleared a tiny corner in a very overgrown garden but was quite happy just chopping away. 

Then went inside and filled another bag of rubbish. Filled a box for charity with what came down from cupboard. Went through a gazillion photographs…had smugly thought I’d done them all! Nah! There was still a gazillion! 

Almost at the stage where I can start getting big furniture out for a council uplift…almost…maybe next week! 

Tip appointment booked for tomorrow. 

And a few roses brought home for a jam jar in my porch.

Long time lurker 10 full black bin liners of clothes My 5 door wardrobe still looks full though. I binned all my old work clothes as too small for me and bad memories with every item as i was always on some sort of improvement plan even though last 30 years there.  Now i have declutters remorse.  My son said there is no point in having a large wardrobe if its too full to open,  A bit worried I wont have enough jumpers in winter but I think its just my hoarding gene kicking in.  
Also my hubby just informed me he liked my boxer type pants/shorts now I only have a couple left.  As recycled as least 30 odd. never mind

Not  much decluttering to report in although I am collecting a large pile of shredding.  Many thanks for the kind thoughts on family crisis - I am saying little on here but the love and hugs are very welcome.

Cashlink and orb welcome to the thread. We talk about decluttering but we are also so much more than that. 

 Out. wild bird seed, several plastic plant pots of various sizes , 2 more mugs, a mc Donald’s toy. 

 Tomorrow is another day.
