@Floss well I had to google how to tweet🤣 but I think I have managed it.
@2Scratters I have a very long list 🤣 of calls etc. A diary of this to the Chair of directors got me £175 compensation with no apology and another wrong phone number🤦🏼♀️ I also told the call handler today, for a sense of openness, I would be diarising the conversation online still nothing.
@florianatwobob thank you for your virtual annoyance on my behalf.
Onwards everybody!

Teachergirl I hate them on your behalf. I have no answers. Is a solicitors letter appropriate?
Vx:6 -
@vulpix I don't know..the problem is that would cost me money. When I actually get the money I am going to write another long letter of complaint..it's just so draining.
In the meantime they have texted to say they are working on my request it will take 5 working days. Also not sure my tweet did work. Shows on my line but not on @Pru_uk. when it did initiallyEnough money to live on so retired early...planning to see where life takes me:D6 -
Pleased with myself this morning! Sitting in my new craft room/office (formerly the spare room) and did a couple of hours volunteer helpline webchat - during the quiet times I decluttered a whole load of knitting patterns torn from magazines from decades ago. Was I really going to knit that jumper modelled by Jason Donovan in a mullet if I haven't already?
So, I'm one whole ring binder and a bunch of plastic pockets lighter (not sure what to do with that yet), plus 5 knitting magazines and quite a pile of paper for recycling. I'll call that 7 items for ease of calculation... Stay cool everyone!

@DuranGirl sometimes ring binders and plastic wallets are picked up on free cycle. I got rid of loads like this particularly when everyone was home schooling.
Well it is black bin day tomorrow and I like to try and fill it if I can as a point of principle. (just a few tiny items at bottom from yesterday at the moment.) It's very hot, 28 degrees when I took the dog to the vet at 10.00am, so I am doing a bit in the garage. Found my old video rental card🤣. Binned it. Then started looking in the eves of the garage loft. Found two vintage camping stoves still in boxes and never been used . Put them up for a few pounds on marketplace . Didn't even know I had them so would be good to declutter and hopefully make a few penniesEnough money to live on so retired early...planning to see where life takes me:D7 -
I have counted my foot wear. 26 pairs!!!!! I only wear 3 pairs on a regular basis. I am ready for any evening event or emergency cruise with shoes that you couldn’t walk very far in.Out 2 pairs of flip flops. Since an opp on my foot they rub on my scar. Also out the shoes I bought to wear at a recent wedding. They are a bit big.I am not ready yet to loose more. I live in hope of an emergency cruise. 🤣
Mugs are next on my radar.Vx:9 -
Thankyou @vulpix . Getting there. Sorry to hear of your unhappiness with gravel etc. Maybe it will adjust colour in time.
Welcome @purplepumpkin_2
Big hugs @teachergirl I am with vulpix.
Great work @QueenJess
Just caught up with all thepsots from a few days. It feels like I have been away for weeks.
I have been pacing on my allotment and garden and have managed to weed and tidy the side of the house. Yesterday did a load of repotting or getting rid of dead or weak plants.
Sorted through a load of prints and pics with DH last night to be put up around the house. Some have been waiting years.
Today I have sorted a few small frogs. I have done a list of inside jobs as it is too hot to work outside now.
I so am off to do the porch. It should have been done ages ago but I got sick. Have a peacful day everyone.

@teachergirl When we had a similar problem, I googled the CEOs e-mail address and wrote a complaint to him. Within the day, they were on the phone to my father apologising and it was sorted in one day. Suggest you do the same if you can. There is a website that gives out their contact details.
