Great decluttering going on already this week. I have still not put hte gurest bed up but I am actually doing a big frog from the last year. I hadn't quite rounded off all the paperwork from my sister's estate ( she died exactly 3 years ago). I am doing most of it today so I can print off the accounts, order the paperwork correctly and then place it in a box she gave me for the loft until i can dispose of it in in the future. I still actually have to get money from one investment firm (not much) but is should have been sorted. I made multiple applications to them over the space of two years.
DH and I are working on the Scottish Power frog. BiL needed to ring the ombudsman to give DH permission to open a complaint. It took 15 minutes for him and then SiL to get the phone number and reference number down correctly and for him to understand what he had to do. Luckily it worked and the ombudsman have now opened the complaint. I expect that people like BiL rarely get their voice heard because of disabilities.
Anyway. back to it. Just had a refreshing walk with DD in the rain and a nice chat.Wife, mother, gardener, nurse, Big C survivor. Good afternoon all.
Mrs SD- yes, she's on a very small cheerleader team and they looked lost on the floor after all the groups of 20/30 children. They got 3rd place in their category.
It sounds like your bedroom is coming along nicely, I can't wait for the day my bedroom is empty enough to decorate, we swapped with the girls a few years ago and it's still pink with characters on it.
We were away for the weekend for cheer and decluttered way too much money.
My sister visited on Monday and left with a bag of things, I had kept a pile for her so what's left can now go in the charity bag and we have been trying to sort dd1s car ready for its mot so her exhaust which has been sat in the conservatory for way to long has now gone to her house and she's also taken all her pushchair bits from the hallway.
DH has replaced the shower hose today as it sprays all over and the old one has gone straight into the bin
So this week so far

A frog is a task that needs doing that has been waiting a while/you've been avoiding for whatever reason. You always feel better when you've finally eaten one

I have eaten a few paperwork frogs myself this evening. There are still several hopping about, but not as many as there were. Until they start breeding again!
1. Made a note of what the plumber showed me re: boiler so I might have chance of sorting myself if problem reoccurs. Filed said note in logical place.
2. Paid Credit Card Bill.
3. Did a calculation of extra bits either me or OH have paid for over last couple of months, split total down middle, he owed me grand total of £67. He has paid up :-). Filed a few bits of related paperwork.
4. Signed up for Covid/flu survey I had been selected randomly for by NHS as doesn't sound too onerous.
5. Did repeat prescription request to send tomorrow.

540. Throw that has seen better days
541. Month 2 without social media.- I found today really hard as I was doing sessions for the place she worked and had been due to see her.
First day of Lent today and I have given up alcohol and Netflix. The idea is that I would spend my extra time and mental energy studying, reading or doing something creative or active. I just managed to lie on the sofa messing about on my phone ... My attempt to do something vaguely productive - deleting old email accounts - almost ended in disaster when I nearly deleted my main google account - which has my life on it - calendar, email & documents. So I have decided to quit while I am ahead and come to bed.
Oh, some good news - got the all clear on my mammogram 🙏
542 & 3 - 2 x old google accounts
544. First day of Lent pledge completed
Thank you for my medal MrsSD
