587: DVD watched, to be delivered to ex. ("The Mist", a Stephen King story directed by Frank Darabont of the Walking Dead: they did a colour version and a black and white version and the B&W version is really really creepy. So either a must see or an avoid like the plague)

8 no spend days so far this month and working on clearing the freezer so it can be defrosted.
I could swoon from the excitement (rolls eyes)

Up early as little people all day (half term).  

280 History project - 2 topics written up for Tuesday's meeting
281 Sorted through random plastic boxes.  Only 2 stray lids and I found their partner so none to throw away.  Different sorts in their correct boxes in utility room.
282 Article (very short) written for group newsletter and sent off

Just time for a shower before GCs arrive.

I managed to sort out a whole drawer in the kitchen (I know, baby steps) and another five items have gone into the charity bag - it's a large one, but it will be filled!

I've also dragged out a few more items for ebay - I plan to have a weekend of listings, so I can track everything all at once.

1. Write a daily To Do list - only 5 tasks
2. Deal with Old Frogs & potential frogs ASAP but at least one on FROG Fridays.
3. Reduce/Restrict time watching TV and playing AB2 during daylight hours 😉
4. Continue to keep kitchen clean & tidy - before going to bed

Sunday was a wet, miserable & windy day ☹️ More Olympics, more clearing programmes from planner & some paperwork sorted 😉 Dinner was chicken & mushroom risotto with plenty leftover to have fried risotto cakes for Monday’s dinner. Wudupa.

Monday is more of the same - wet & windy & quite chilly ☹️ I have made a small pie with the lo brisket, mash & vegetables. I have used up most of the bendy veg, all the lo sauce from the brisket added a couple of potatoes & a tin of drained butter beans & made soup which is simmering on the hob. 

228 - 230 Kitchen recycling, plastic bottles, drinks cans - recycled 
231 Kitchen detritus binned

Hi Peeps,
hope all are well and lots of stuff being moved out. @Baxtersmum re the postage your buyer should be paying for the postage not yourself which helps with the  pennies coming back in. @Floss you are round the corner from me on the Fylde @babs_103 re you not having any outdoor space could you have hanging baskets or a window box to grow a few things. Strawberries will trail. If you have short hair maybe go to the barbers instead of hairdressers, I have a lovely lady barber
I went in the loft the other day for the cardigan to be sent away and came down with some extra bits like an item to be placed into the toiletries box (working my way through this) a couple of brand new fitness garments to get ready for me to use
Today not really thrown anything but decluttered the ironing pile into ironed and immediately put away - plus the heat from the iron heated the room quite well. Did a washing load and got those items into the dry doon airer and that gentle heat is also doing its warm the room job too. (hence me being in here nice and warm.) Loaded washer ready for tomorrow. 
Got my replacement fitbit back the other day so this is  now and and am using this to monitor and make myself accountable. Booked some annual leave hopefully accepted for the summer time and I will again be driven about reducing my bulk
Packaged a frog (not literally) and sent back as constructive feedback as the crisps were not of the excellent standard. It was strangely enough just 1 flavour of the multi pack bag.
2 bags of  inhalers taken to the chemist only to find they just get rid of them! I can do better myself in recycling them appropriately.
UU scented t lights bot went into the loft for future packaging.
Replacement items in ready and some were emptied into an old vessel to save space and thrown the plastic bottles out.
New cost effective replacement airfreshner straight into its location too.
So in all 1 box into the loft and 3 boxes came out plus paperwork from DH business for shredding and recycle
DH had done good over the weekend making tea for us Saturday and Sunday as I don't get home till late, very yummy. There is a drawer in the freezer which is very light when opening, showing we are eating from there in a steady rate.
Mrs SD he was chuffed with his medal, thankyou.
DH is busy in the back garden doing his man jobs of tidying up as we have a lady architect coming in the morning to have a view of our house before starting our drawings for the kitchen extension. This is likely to take us a year due to workmen being busy and in high demand we have been warned about this. He has also dug out some dry wood for our burner we have run out, got to keep those utilities bills down.

Love the cake bit_by_bit.

Have to clean up more in the living room. Need to return part of our previous TV provider's equipment and can't reach it yet. 

Now that the car seems to be running, I am spending too much time in it taking people to the doctor and the store. Three of my six roommates don't drive. And public transportation is bad here (unless you are visiting Disneyland from the local hotels - there's is great). 

This week is our library Book Sale so will be spending several days sorting out the books to sell. We sell several hundreds every month. It is so nice to see people happy to have books to read.
