County Court letter

So I already sent a witness statement to the Claimant and ccbc. Do I have to do another one.
It just said on the letter that it had been tracked to County Court and a date would be sent later. The thing about no experts just confused me because are DCBL not experts acting for the parking company. Sorry to sound a bit dumb but I really don't understand it all.
Thanks0 -
Is there a template anywhere of a letter to my MP about this or can someone give me some idea pleas0

I don't think you have sent a Witness Statement to the CCBC.
Surely all you have sent so far is your Defence.
You need to be writing a Witness Statement and gathering evidence at this stage - all described in the second post of the NEWBIES thread.3 -
Oh I thought the defence was the witness statement. How do I do that please. I haven't got any evidence. It was in 2017 and I don't even think I was driving the car. I can't remember.1

I think I'm going to have to use my defence as a witness statement because I don't know what else to do0

Be aware that if you ignore a court order, by maybe not filing a Witness Statement, you will perhaps find yourself faced with higher costs if you lose - due to unreasonable behaviour.1 -
Unless I have missed it, you have not told us which car park, parking company and what the alleged offence is. If you can tell us those things, someone might know the site and be able to give you some tipsThe pen is mightier than the sword ..... and I have many pens.1

The parking company is UKPC.Trainerman said:Unless I have missed it, you have not told us which car park, parking company and what the alleged offence is. If you can tell us those things, someone might know the site and be able to give you some tips2 -
I will do a witness statement but it will be much the same as my defence. I'm panicking now and wish I'd paid the fine. All info about my case is on here.0
