If it's a picture you are attaching , post a sentence with it , like

Here is a copy of my redacted defence

Do not show any personal information at all , no names or addresses , no reference numbers , no VRM details ( no number plate )

That's not as bad as it could have been.  However there is no statement of truth there.

Email a signed copy to the solicitors with the statement of truth added above your signature, so they don't kick up a fuss and try to get your defence struck out.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I've done that. Should I just leave it at that instead of doing an amendments with all the other stuff on it. Thanks

Yes - leave it for now - if you are not allowed to do an amended defence application WITHOUT paying court fees.

Do you not qualify for help with fees?  Low incomes qualify if savings are not too high either (I'm not asking for details, but check it out).  If it will be free for you then certainly do a N244 application to ask for permission to amend your defence.

If not, then come back and pick this up and improve/build upon your very basic defence at witness statement and evidence stage.  All the stages are explained in the NEWBIES thread, under the red heading: 'IMPORTANT: KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN'.

Thanks. I do get benefits and I will be able to do it for free but tbh my daughter works and it really stresses me out. I've typed out the full defence as shown on here but it's 3 pages and I have to scan all the forms they sent plus the 3 defence pages then save them to Dropbox and then attach each page and forms one by one into the email to the court. I've spent the whole of today just getting to where I am now. I'll have a go tomorrow. I'll just be glad when it's done. Makes me wish I'd paid the ticket when I got it. Thanks for your help. So appreciated

And when you beat the scammers you will be glad that you didnt pay !!  You could even get money from them.

You can do this,  just take your time and follow all instructions. It may seem double dutch and a hassle now but as you go along and learn more you will get more confident and determined !

I agree with coupon mad , it's not a bad defence , although it does have the statement of truth missing , but no worries

The witness statement ( not defence ) won't be due for several months , after you nominate your local court in the N180 DQ stage form , so follow the 12 numbered steps by coupon mad in the defence template post in announcements at the top of the forum

You are getting better all the time , so just keep going , but ask here first 🤔🤔👍👍

I've now completed the help with fees and application to amend forms and sent them all together with the full defence statement which I copied from this site. I really couldn't do this without the help of you lot on here. I don't feel so alone so thank you. You are giving me the confidence to not give up
