Nobody on here will tell you to say yes to mediation. Remember they only want your money and you are not going to agree to pay them anything.1

OK thanks. I've found it.0

So I'll say no to mediation and when I've completed the form who do I send it to. Thanks0

There is a part in the Newbies thread that tells you about directions questionnaire/ mediation and what to do.
Keep reading and reading the Newbies thread to help you understand what happens / when and what to do.
Please also read over lots and lots of other threads and other peoples cases as this can help too. The more that you can read, the easier it will become.

It's all getting too much. I'm 72 and I just want to burst into tears as I'm so scared. I'm tempted just to mediate as the thought of going to court is terrifying me. Sorry to be such a wimp. I wish I had someone to do it all for me0

There is absolutely no need to be scared, these low rernt companies issue £9 million of these scam tickets a year, if you follow our advice you are very very unlikely to have to pay, in many cases they have to pay you, read this

Complaain to your MP, consider a complaint to Trading Standards and re-read the newbies. BTW, I am 82 in June. and havewon three court cases in the last ten years.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.3 -
I'm just following everything on here and trying not to think too far ahead. I've sent the Directions questionnaire. My defence isn't about signage it's about who was driving as it was 2017 and all of my four children had access to the car. The claim is now for over £3000
-
You will not have to pay £300.
Just take it one step at a time and follow the help you can get on here.
You will do just fine, no stressing allowed 😁

I now have a letter from the court saying it has been tracked to County Court but no date yet. It says about what papers I have to send to the parking people and also to the court. Can someone tell me how to do this. It also says that no experts are allowed. What about DCBL.
Sorry but I'm confused and fretting0 -
Is it a Notice of Allocation? If it has no date what have they said abut sending your witness statement and evidence and by what date? It is normally "not less than 14 days before the hearing" but without a date that is impossible. Where does it say "no experts" are allowed? It probably isn't important unless you want to include an expert witness but if so, you would have put that on your DQ. When all this (date) is sorted you send the WS and evidence by e-mail to the court (not CCBC) and to the claimant - address on the claim form.1
