Another DCBL Claim

I paid the correct amount (stated in judgement) and cc'd the court with all evidence. As well as cc'ing DCBL telling the court they were attempting to get more than the judgement amount and that they were already criticised by the judge for double recovery.
I guess I'll need to start an N443 form.
@Coupon-mad Can you let me know what you plan on doing if that is okay.0 -
I have two thoughts of what to do:
- you could report DCBLegal with your evidence, to the SRA. I encourage you to do that.
- I thought I could use this evidence to ask ex-BPA contact Steve Clark (who now works for DCBL - which incidentally is a fact in the public domain - he posted about it on LinkedIn) to kindly explain to me what the heck DCB group think they are doing, given that in these cases the court has ordered a sum to be paid and yet they are refusing to accept it. And given the fact that recent bailiff reform pegged the first bailiff fee at £75. AND a writ doesn't cost 3 figures and is obviously premature.
If you are happy that I use your case evidence to contact Steve (a reasonable man and a contact of mine) to get this all out in the open, please pm me.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

On its way to the 'disco' thread. 🎶Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Well done on the discontinuance of the second claim. ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!
Re the first one, I looked back in my pm's and could only find a chat we had in May. Did you ever get to the bottom if how/why DCB Ltd almost immediately added a lot of money on top of the first judgment?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
