Another DCBL Claim

Claim was transferred to another county court. Hence delay.1

I've received another claim form for an alleged parking charge, dated about 3 months before DCBL first sent a letter before claim. This isn't a duplicate but should have been included in the original claim as far as I'm concerned.
Can I get the second claim or even both thrown out? Do I need to make an argument in the defense or can I contact CCBC about this directly? Can I use this in some way on the current case?
Thanks.0 -
You haven't said, but are the facts of this second Claim the same as the first?
Same Claimant? Same car park? Same alleged transgression?2 -

Same place, same claimant, same legal firm, different day and time. 3 months before the LBC for the claim in this thread.

OK, reply to it using the same wording as someone posted yesterday in another DCBLegal thread. You can find it by searching the forum for Henderson Arnold and changing the filter to 'newest'.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Second defence now submitted adding on a defence about duplicate action using some of the precedents used in the forum. I've asked the claim gets dismissed or combined into the initial claim with appropriate fees and sanctions.1

Some actual updates now, I feel like there has been communication between the court and DCBL that I haven't been aware of.
I received a pack a while back claiming to be all the evidence (not a witness statement) they intended to reply upon in court (I haven't been asked for the same yet).
I have also received a part discontinuance. Will I be able to reply upon the fact they don't have a clue what their own terms are if they are attempting to issue charges which they are then discontinuing? They have already submitted it in the evidence pack. Charges they were clearly too embarrassed to try and defend.0 -
I have also received a part discontinuance.Could you explain that further please? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

The claim is for multiple charges. They have sent a partial discontinuance for specific charges. In the official notice of discontinuance you can discontinue part of the claim.1
