Mine has also completed this am - have gone for monthly "budget" DD because I'll have a reasonable credit from Zog to be carried over and its all going to change (for the worse!) in April anyway!
If they come up with a budget DD payment then which looks wrong I'll think about going for variable DD.
But how do you set up a variable DD if you are not offered that option?

Didn't work for me, I tried everything but it only offered the Budget DD (equal fixed amounts) so I had to phone.
Just another example of EDF's amateur website and app not working properly.  (Sorry, that's a bit unfair to amateurs !)

How does it compare to Zog's website?

Zog just worked, especially the beta site which was simple and straightforward.  Zog were cheap and effective, great shame they've gone.  I was with them only for a short time but by all accounts it was a well run organisation.  Certainly not in the same league as Symbio, who were terribly cheap (=cheap but terrible).

Agreed, Zog did one thing but seemed to do it well. RIP.

I still can't get over how few customers they had. I suppose it was because they only show up if you look for seperate supplier deals and the whole market.

Mine now says switch complete, see the change payment link on the left, was going to setup DD but they want me to submit another meter reading so will do that next week.

Just setup my DD and gave a meter reading, now waiting the DD confirmation in 3 days, however account is showing DD and shows my DD amount.

Still no bill yet so hopefully they will just charge all of it at the DD price rather than some DD, some at higher non DD rate.

Credit not been returned yet so hopefully that will come through in Jan.  My first DD payment will be on a different date but subsequent ones should come out on my chosen payment date so fair enough :)
