I would not do what you are doing. I've said it 3 times now, you are risking a last minute claim and could block it forever with one email.

Re-read Coupon-Mad's from 30th June and follow up on the 'ask them for a document' bit. That should get you over the line

Then please (all posters) come back in a few weeks to do the Public Consultation. Your experience and opinion needs to be heard by Government. Set up email alerts for this forum and bookmark this thread as we intend that one of us posts on it when the Government opens the Consultation:

We need to stop the rotten industry from stamping all over the new statutory Code and charge levels and basically bullying the whole country.

The money needs cutting right down to stop the parking industry from relying on income from parking charges only and to stop litigation being the 'first resort' with a whole greedy micro-industry piggybacking on the PPC World bandwagon.

It's useful to involve your MP as they need to be aware of what is going on with these companies. PPC's don't take that much notices of letters from MP's. I would not assume that the letter from the MP will get the PCN cancelled.

Do was has been advised to get this across the line.

Well the 6 year deadline was up on the 18th, still had no more contact from them, think they have given it up as a bad job, maybe it was the thought of having to fight with my MP as he has been in the news alot recently for being very out spoken and saying what he thinks. Hopefully I am right and this is the end of it.
