Yes, if a Defendant doesn't know how to respond. We help people to know how to respond.
The case won't fall over without you pushing back. Claimants are presumed to have a case and will be listened to.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Although my MP is being brilliant and helping me and responding to me really fast, I feel im not giving him much to help me with.0 -

You will have to read the new statutory Code to know what I am talking about re those two points.
Both banned by Government now.
Whilst the Code is not retrospective, things that the DLUHC has declared as banned are IMHO, because they were always disallowed under the laws that relate to the issues (in this case, CRA 2015 and POFA 2012).
The Govt has merely confirmed the legal position. DCBLegal has not.
If you are still at LBC stage then you also need to read court claim threads, as that will be next. Be prepared by reading and bookmarking other DCBLegal claims threads. We win. There are loads.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

No, just sit tight and only engage with the court.
In regards to your MP - I'd put all that to him just out of courtesy really.
There's no real point engaging with Dcbl or the parking company as they still don't deviate from their mantra.3 -
Well I have heard nothing else from DCBL since they contacted my MP,
The 6 year time limit will be up on the 18th of July.
Whats the chances of them getting me in court before that date ?0 -

Whats the chances of them getting me in court before that date ?Just do a check of the PPC's website for the current status of your charge, it could be the involvement of your MP caused BWL to advise discontinuation. They are not obliged at the stage you appear to be to inform you of the discontinuation. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

If this is DCBLegal (not just tedious old DCBLtd?) and you have not yet sent a reply to a LBC from DCBLegal, telling them you are seeking debt advice and requiring the obligatory 30 day hold allowed under the PAP, then email that NOW.
That will kill it.
If you have already used that tactic, and had an LBC from DCBLegal ages back, then send a specific question asking for a document, citing the PAP section about the right to ask for documents (might be article/section 5). Go find it.
IF this is DCBLegal (not DCBLtd) you need to reply to get this over the line.
I sincerely hope DCBLegal do not hold more than one address for you because if they have not deleted the old address, there is a chance they could have already served a court claim to the old address. Possible?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Right. So I've already advised you what to reply with now (above) to get it over the line in a case where you have already used the debt advice 30 day hold. Please re-read my post.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
