DCBLegal letter of claim

Dear landowner.
I am writing to you to complain about the appauling way I have been treated by the company Highview Parking ltd that operates on your land Broadcentre retail park.
Highview Parking has seen fit to pursue me for a parking charge notice from almost 6 years ago,
I was not even in the vehicle at the time, my partner had been shopping at your retail park and had not realised the machines were active as they had been out of service for weeks, I find the charge to be unfair and an unreasonable amount.
As a result of this experience I feel my only option is to shop else where in future to avoid the risk of being charged a £100 for visiting your shops.
I am appealing to you to request this parking charge notice is waived.
PCN ref-***********
Yours sincerly
Any better ?1 -

Dear Mr Anderson
COMPLAINT ABOUT OUR EXPERIENCE AT BROAD CENTRE RETAIL PARKI am writing to you to request your help regarding a private parking charge notice I recieved received from a local retail park (Broad centre retail park, Sutton in Ashfield) over five years ago, for which I am still being unlawfully hounded.
Highview Parking Ltd has seen fit to pursue me for a parking charge notice from July 2016.I was not even in the vehicle at the time, my parter partner had been shopping at the retail park and had not realised the machines were active as they had been out of service for weeks.
Highview parking have now instructed DCBLegal to take me to court for £170, an extortionate sum of money. they have illegally added the £70 which is abuse of process. Further, you may not be aware of this but Highview have never complied with the 'keeper liability' provisions set out in the Protections of Freedoms Act 2012, and cannot legally hold me, the registered keeper, liable for a private parking charge. Despite knowing this, the robo-claim has powered on and it is pure intimidation.
Something I doubt the Broad Centre Retail park intends to inflict on genuine customers and their families.
I would like to request that you strongly complain on our behalf, to the landowner and Highview Parking Ltd on my behalf as a non driver victim by a parking company that fails to comply with the Protections of Freedoms Act 2012, and has no business processing my data or issuing a court claim when they failed to comply with the law.
Please help to stop these unscrupulous companies operating and preying on innocent people going about their daily business. To be clear, this case is NOT at court stage...yet, and can be cancelled easily by whoever signed the contract with Highview.
My parking charge notice reference is - **********Thank you for taking the time to read this email.Yours sincerelyPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you I will get that sent to him tomorrow, as you can see I find writing formal letters difficult.1
