Has a variation of this date problem appeared again?

Just a few moments ago I saw this...
    on the Site Feedback board

Prompted by the suggestion that a new post had been made on that thread, I went to read it.

The next screen I saw was this...

on the Forum policy & rules discussion board.

That tells me that the latest post on that thread was on 25th October - two days ago - and when I view that thread, that is indeed what I see.

So the question is... where did the information that there was a post on that thread 'Today at 11:54AM" come from?

I have seen this a couple of times and it seems to be linked to someone posting a reply and deleting it.  The OP of the thread / actual last poster is then kicked up as the last poster with the deleted post time depending on where you look.  I have just posted on your thread then deleted it and you are showing as the last poster today at 3.39pm in the main board but the actual last post showing was by MFB on 8th at 7.13pm but showing as the 3.39pm time in the sub board.  Some weirdness.

Same here, even this Site Feedback board is showing 19th November.  Obviously that glitch in the forum database, that has been present since at least 2021,  is still there even though a new front end has been tacked on.
And once again people are replying to these posts making them current when the discussion reached a natural death a couple of months ago.

And today loads of 30th January latest posts.
Going into the sub forums brings up loads of 27 / 28 / 29 Jan latest posts.
edit.  Looks like the whole forum has gone over to 30 Jan and is sticking there, not coming and going as before.
