Another week drifted by and no news.
Needs serious escalation with whoever this software provider is....1 -
And once again we can from time to time see where the 'latest post' column is absolutely blank.
This snapshot was taken a few moments ago...
I only mention this because I am sure the developer would need to know that this too is not working properly.0 -

An update in just under two weeks *should* fix this problem, the developers tell me. When the update goes live I'll search for any issue instances and post here.0

I hope MSE is getting money back from the software company for this. 18 months later and then to be told a further two weeks which "should" fix it would be unacceptable to most business.0

I've heard from our developers. The changes they'd hoped would fix this 'Most recent' post issue have not fixed it. They're continuing to work on a solution, but can't yet give us a ETA. I'll follow up with them at the end of next week to see if the situation looks any different.

Absolutely ludicrous.
This is a software bug no more no less. Don't they have people who can analyse the problem, get into the code and fix it.
Think MSE is not giving them a hard enough time.0 -
Does MSE have a proper service level agreement with the software supplier - looks to me like its all a bit comfortable for the provider.0
