Just to add my thoughts on PIP application.
Do not base everything on a bad day. It is an average day.
You need to concentrate on what you can't do & how it impacts on you rather than what you can do.
It is hard doing but could well be worth it.

I still need to call. On a go slow today - but meant to have had a shower by now and be on the way in to work!! Roll eyes at self.
I have been paid - so have shuffled some £ to target CC to offset this weekend's spending. My mortgage has also gone out. I estimate that takes me down to £200,053 tantalisingly close to breaking the £200K barrier. Now 261 payments to go. Because I still haven't received my energy bills I finished the month with close to £2.4K (EF/Savings) - so really happy with that.
Debt level had crept up this weekend but already wiped out most of that... Will review more later what I still need to do... There is £ earmarked to lower existing debt this month by a further £500+ however I will then increase the debt by c£600 next week to pay my cam belt (and put on 0% 23 mth card).
Right I'd better get a move on. A good job work is forgiving / make adjustments.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Ultimately the car stuff DOES need doing so makes sense to use the 0% card if it's available. Great that you've already got a plan in place to off-set the majority of it though!🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡
