Thanks @try_harder
Last night I sent another £50 plus £12.50 tax relief to my private pension. Full disclosure - with the markets being down - my pension is also down - however since I'm not planning to draw it yet it's fine. I know some people have 'lost' a lot off their pension - I've 'lost' up to £200 so not a lot really. I'm trying to see it as I still have as many units of X as I did before therefore I've not really 'lost' anything. I'm going to 'buy the dip' and then hopefully gain when it goes back up. I keep remembering the graph I did where sharp falls are usually followed by sharp rises.
Diet - ate too much carb and not enough fruit or protein yesterday. Not sure how I will address that. I also ate loads of peanuts. I've defrosted some chilli from the freezer - will add jacket spud and peas to it which should help. I'm going to try and save my pasta for tomorrow - although it's so nice it 'calls' to me. Busy day today.
Have fun all.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Keeping a journal and having real life supporting statements will make it so much easier filling in the P1P form. Have you noted how hard you find doing things like packaging and returning items. I'd suggest going back through this diary and add examples to your journal from it.
I'm still procrastinating filling in my pain diary, however it may work to my advantage as they're changing P1P up here later this year.
Fruit I keep quite simple, a banana goes in my smoothie and a little orange is my snack, sometimes grapes. I've tried apples and pear, but they end up going in / out of my lunch bag each day for over a week, never getting eaten.
Of you can identify what kind of 'eater' you are, it's easier to organise the right meals. I'm a 'picker' and have several little lunch boxes with various nibbles in.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.4 -
It sounds as if you know what works best for you nutrition/diet wise. When I overeat carbs they always call out to me. You have the awareness necessary to make changes so I'm sure you will.

Thanks all.
I enjoyed my balance class and my time after chatting with my friend. Between her and my counsellor I feel I have things more in perspective.
I need to nip to the shop and buy milk so I can have breakfast.
My counsellor charged me less for last week's session as it was by phone and not a full hour. So I got a bit more £ back in the kitty. It all helpsAchieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

I need to do company accounts. Turns out with my conditions I qualify for help completing the forms... but why is the wait time to even get the phone answered never ending? Scarily they don't even tell you what number you are in the queue!!Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030
