DS and I are both positive SH, I have no symptoms so should really take advantage of this time to get myself organised. I hope you and DD are ok.

Your box allocations sound good.
Can you do a flex day tomorrow, ease back into a routine.
Fingers crossed you get results soon.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.4 -

Hi skint_spice - Hope you and your DS recover quickly. Glad you have no symptoms. I'm hoping that even if I'm positive that I stay symptomless. I did have a day when I felt dizzy on the 29/12 - and had a stuffy head - it went and I had a negative LFT. Hoping that was it and therefore that I'm done... DD is eating normally - and was able to move fine and stand up etc for the test - so hoping that it doesn't get more serious. Apparently the batteries died on the temperature checker (kind of sums things up!!!). I have put some batteries on to charge but not sure the charger works - it's one I found...
I've filled a charity bag as my box wasn't progressing well. Just left the fragile items in the box. I've also binned some food from the fridge. I rummaged through some bags. Found some long spoons and a corkscrew that had been missing for about 6 months! I found loads of deodorant - so won't need to buy that for a while. I found my missing makeup and put it back in its TB zip up see through decorated bag. I've rounded up some meds and put those in a wooden box my grandad made years ago. I also found the oximeter which made me very happy. I found lots of pens and jewellery. Loads of sanitiser...
Mr A has just arrived but put a note on the door and shoved some bags outside in case the stuff came without despite my note. (It did). Most of what I needed came.
It looks like I've sold something on FB for £8 - they are happy to wait for it and may want a couple of other items that are part of the set and are happy to pay. Not listing anything new right now which is frustrating.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Can you do the photography and work out wording while waiting for the results, it will feel like progression even if you're unable to list any for a bit.
Do people do garage / garden sales by you as it could be a way of shifting a lot, quickly.
Well done on the finds, it will save you money.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.5 -
Hi MF
I'm not aware of garage / garden sales where I live. There are car boots - but I wouldn't fancy that in c19 era. I like the limited contact you get with FB sales - as mostly just on a doorstep - and normally just one person. I could do the photography. I also don't mind donating stuff - it's just I'm trying to change my default to try to sell first for things with a more obvious value.
My next job - very sadly - needs to be making my study back into a work zone instead of art. The art pouring stuff in the kitchen also still needs removing. I have made progress - but if you hadn't been to my house before you wouldn't know thatOops. Really I should take the xmas tree down - but my cat is really enjoying playing with all the ornaments and watching the lights! I've taken down the first xmas dec I put up but that's about it!

Sorry about DDs positive test - this variant is moving so fast but seems to be with mild symptoms (fingers crossed). I hope your test comes back as negative.I think it will be hard going back to work - I've lost track of what day of the week it is over the holiday season. I'm so happy to have booked this week as annual leave but I know it will be tough next week.

Hi Blackcats - I wish I was off this week but just don't have enough leave left. At least it's a short work week. I also was due to have a 6am start but with DD in self isolation that's not happening. Could mean I end up having it on a different day though depending on the outcome from the PCRs.
I've put the groceries away but not made any progress on my desk in my study/garden room. I decluttered some bags that had ended up in there. I unpacked and pack the dishwasher today. It had some of DD's stuff in so ran it on 70 degrees. Brain still feels scatty and unfocussed. Need to celebrate even the small achievements.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030
