    Hi I don't know if this is in the right place as this has all changed since I was here last . My pc won't open properly .It switches on then a message saying LoadLibrary Tray frame failed. Can  anyone suggest what I should do to hopefully get it working or point me in the direction of the place to post please. Thank you

    I agree windows is much maligned, but there is always something about learning new things go for it, because you can o:)

    Booted up this morning and got the menu the 1st SS
    arrow keyed down to windows and clicked enter the computer closed so did it again and same result.
    Booted up again but went into the bios the 2nd SS
    didn't alter anything just clicked enter and windows loaded up.

    Oh drat, have you got a zorin live usb? I have a feeling windows may have messed the boot loader (i would say carpped on)
    If you can boot from the live zorin and try not install and run boot-repair as here

    ok booted up in zorin with the usb plugged in but can't find boot repair
