You'd have list at IAS anyway as it's a kangaroo court where 96% of appeals heard are refused.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It certainly is. Its basically a photo of the front of the building but they've plastered a sign in front of it. Its poor tbh you can just tell it isn't real from the angle, shadows etc. (Ive got a background in Graphic Design as wellD_P_Dance said:Is that not perjury?

Ive taken a photo of the building on the same angle (without the imaginary sign!!)
Dont get me wrong there is signage on site - but imposing one in front of a building is naughty and ill be taking it into court.

Be sure to mention this to a judgeYou never know how far you can go until you go too far.2

Not yet - as there's no court claim yet. IF they used a 'shopped image in their evidence then that's different; the defendant would raise this in their WS (or SWS if their WS came too late) and that the claimant has submitted a false instrument intended to deceive the court.D_P_Dance said:Is that not perjury?

Can you peel the layers off the doctored image? If so you can use that as proof that the PPC are trying to obtain money by deception, and send complaints to the Trading Standards, IPC, DVLA, and then the ICO, as well as your MP and Michael Gove and Neil O'Brien at the department for levelling up.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

I cant peel the layers off as its a flat image but there are certain things to point out. The perspective of the sign is weird and the shadows are iffy. (Plus its not really there ha!).Fruitcake said:Can you peel the layers off the doctored image?
