Their website's privacy policy lists Norwepp Limited Partnership as the owners of the Liverpool Innovation Park website, so likely they also are the landowners.helpmomoney said:I have searched that finding Liverpool innovation park car park landowner I cant find anything
Their address is listed in the privacy policy as:
Norwepp Limited Partnership C/O HCA Arpley House, Birchwood Boulevard, Warrington, WA3 7QH
The website also lists John Needham as the Building Manager, so perhaps you could send a letter to the postal address FAO Mr John Needham.3 -

Please dont get stressed about it, as stated before they are not worth it, it is all a scam and with help on here you can win this. Certainly not worth losing sleep over either so please calm down.
You will probably get threatening letters of all kinds but if you take your time, read other posts and get your head around things you will know it is all done as scare tactics to make people pay. Nobody will be calling round to take your things or give you a ccj ( unless it does eventually get to court and it goes against you and you dont pay what a judge says you must within a certain time but no thinking about that now ! )
It will take time and you will get help.
Have you not read posts where people have beaten the parking companies and been awarded their costs by the judge ? You could be quids in !3 -
Thanks for the help guys.
I've just had a call from the gym, was hesitant to help me due to gdpr but got Remstone as the landowner so I guess its remstone.co.uk and then couldn't get any details and after was also told to call the reception on Liverpool innovation park website i previously did that as one of the first things but the guy was telling me he cant help and to ring VCS. Did not want to know or be on the phone with me.
I guess I should just email both John Needham, Norwepp and Remstone
Maybe just ask if they are the landowner of the car park and nothing else or send my full complaint?1 -
If you have good e-mail addresses for possible landowners, I would send a letter to all that you have and ask politely but firmly for a cancellation due to entrapment and being a customer of the gym. If they are not the landowner they will soon let you know!2

Not sure why you are worried about it 'going up' because this is not an industry that deserves your money. No-one here would pay an unfair predatory private PCN.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Who was that?I tried contacting the landowner number and they said it's a 3rd party issue and do not want to help

Hello,
I am a loss prevention office for a retailer on the Innovation Park, I travel around multiple sites and find myself visiting Edge Lane often. I was not aware either that the exemption list I was on was not for the area beyond the flower beds, something VCS call "e-permit only". They have so far sent me 5 invoices, and I can expect up to 70 as they sent the first invoice on 6th August, for a contravention on June 6th. I started with my company in February so I can only assume they will venture further back.
I received my first invoice after incurring and injury whilst stopping a shoplifter on the Innovation Park. A drug user bit me and I needed HIV, AIDs and Hep tests and vaccinations. This caused panic attacks and a broken hand, requiring surgery and two months off, UNPAID. I have notified them I am struggling with day to day life and the invoices and threats of court action have severely impacted my healing progress. VCS and the landlord of the park were made aware of this and refused to consider it. They also refused to consider that the timeframe of their notification was a mitigating factor as to why my contraventions built up.
My company who are a huge client for the retail park giving them hundreds of thousands of pounds of rent annually, have fought my case with blood sweat and tears, as have I, the Liverpool echo have contacted VCS too but they still refuse to cancel.
Not to mention there is a small chain I have photos of that prove it was possible for my vehicle to have passed through the e-permit section and park in "correct" section, they have refused to provide proof of my vehicle parked where they alleged.
They will not give up. I am disgusted that the landlord refused to help me. I am to the point where my anxiety has grown so high I am struggling to do my job and may need to leave the business I work for. I hope Liverpool Innovation Park tenants get wind of this story and that the landlord and VCS feel it appropriate to attempt to destroy the emotional and financial wellbeing of their employees.

Suggest you talk to your employer to get this sorted for you . However you should start your own new discussion or it can quickly become confusing trying to answer two posters on one thread/discussion.2

update: I have a 2nd PCN come through the post and had a email back from CBRE
Hi
I have checked our records and apparently CBRE no longer look after the Liverpool Innovation Park, it is now managed by Remstone Property Management
https://www.remstone.co.uk/property-management/
Will send a email to them1
