  • The landowner isn't the only way to get a pcn cancelled,  sometimes they don't want to know,  but that doesnt mean you shouldn't contact them.   Please try your MP too,  mine was actually very helpful.
It's down to you to try every means possible,   you may have to 'think outside of the box'  and get on top of it.  Read other threads about the same carpark as yours for help, not necessarily just on this forum,  pcns are a major problem and theres a massive amount to read on other sites too.

Keep at it,  you know already about the signage.  You can and will beat them.
  • Dont forget to leave a bad review on the gym's website too !

One of the regulars @Umkomaas regularly posts this advice about how to find landowners.
    1. Google searches
    2. If a retail park, check on any signage which lists the on-site outlets
    3. Ask retailers on the site if there is a managing agent
    4. Ask retailers on the site to whom do they pay rent
    5. Contact the local authority and ask who pays the non-domestic/business rate for the car park
    6. Contact the local Valuation Office and ask if they know. They often have a website which might provide the information
    7. Contact The Land Registry and for £3 they will provide definitive detail

Googlin "how to find a landowner" works for me,  Why do people not first  go to google?
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

I've done that but its hard to find it for free. I don't have the confidence to ask someone at the site, have social anxiety.

At 9.47 am this morning you were given a list of things to do.  You cannot possibly have done them aready  Here thety are again

No 7 is bound to get you the name of the landowner.  Be prepared for a delay of some weeks.

If you cannot pay off the scammers, (not advised), you will just have to put in the hours
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
