Pay half of a PCN for it to go away?

Don't tell us it was The JD Gym yet again?

That picture looks familiar, there have been other posts about this place recently. Try to search for them and see what others did.3

I put a post up several weeks ago JD Gyms don't want to help.
I called liverpool innovation park and the receptionist was saying he cant help and to contact the parking company
That's why I thought about this thread to try and pay half
I could try to contact the directors as there is no contact email on the site but a team page
I think they are the landlords http://www.liverpoolinnovationpark.com/the-park/the-team/
maybe they will help. Is there a template for PCN e permit holders what to say to a landlord?
are there any templates or guides how to word it please?2 -
We don't do templates for complaints as they need to be bespoke to your situation. Just be polite but firm and tell them what you expect (would like) them to do.
If your other post is to do with the same PCN and same car park, you should ask a board guide(Savvy or Soolin) to combine your two threads as this could get confusing otherwise.

You have said yourself on your other thread that the signage, or lack of it, is confusing as is the website by saying 'free parking'. Use that to your advantage.3
-
Certainly no paying anything.
If the PCNs are in Dad's name and he can't cope with a few letters to spare your mental health (come on, surely he can?) then he must transfer liability to you each time, using the slip on the PCN and keeping free proof of posting (not signed-for).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

UPDATE:
Tried to go to liverpoolinnovationpark.com but there contact page does not work and cant get a email address but on there they have CBRE so I contacted them
Sent a email to what I thought was the landowner Liverpool Innovation Park car park (CBRE)
received a email back saying this
Thank you for your email
CBRE are property managers so this is not our car park but our clients.
The car park is separately managed, so we do not have the ability to cancel a PCN
Have you gone back to the car park administrator and appealed the PCN
Regards

Help needed should I reply with this, is this good?
Thank you for your replyPlease could you give me a email address for the landowner of the Liverpool Innovation Park Car Park.So that I can send the complaint and solve this issue with them.It is well known on all the online forums and documented that appealing to VCS is a waste of time. The only way to get a PCN cancelled is via the LandownerOr take other extreme measures for example contacting the local MP or waiting for the unpaid invoice to go to court.Regards1 -
Complaining to your MP really shouldn't be seen as an 'extreme measure'.3

You do realise that your MP is only in government at the pleasure of the voters.helpmomoney said:Help needed should I reply with this, is this good?

Without you, they could be stacking shelves in Tesco ?
It is your democratic right to complain to your MP, your are the boss not them
VCS cannot afford to agree with you especially after the lockdowns
VCS are well known by the courts and that simply means they cannot expect to win with their crazy claims ... ?3
