Is it worth me contacting the court or should i just send something in and hope for the best ?
What are you going to contact the court about?

It says on the letter from the court that the parties need to file at court and serve on each other any evidence , statements and medical evidence they propose to rely on . So do i need to cc Vcs in on the email when i send it off to the court ?

You need to send a copy of your WS and exhibits to the court and the claimant. Do it tomorrow during working hours as we have seen several cases where the court has not received them outside those hours.

Also send a copy to yourself. VCS have form for saying things didn't arrive. If both the court and you receive a copy, then on the balance of probabilities, the claimant will have received it as well.

    Hi Ukomaas,

    Hi all

Can anyone point me in the direction of a couple of recent witness statements involving Vcs and if possible Liverpool John Lennon Airport . Just think it would help me massively to put one together for my case if i can see similar ones to my case seeing as I've messed up and missed my initial date for submitting it. Need to get my WS and evidence threw together and submitted tomorrow.

    Thanks

Look at the last post on page 7 - @Coupon-mad had already directed you to some example witness statements.

    Hi Ukomaas,

    1. I was just wondering if it was worth ringing to explain i got mixed up with the dates on the letter 2. but i am just going to put my evidence together tomorrow and send it off and hope they accept it.
    1. Don't alert them to your failure. 2. Better option.

    Hi Jenni D

I have had a read through those but really wanted to see a couple that were for Liverpool John Lennon Airport and more specifically for stopping rather than parking as in my case . I honestly find all the wording really confusing so any witness statements that are more similar to my situation would help me massively
