John Lennon PCN for stopping

The PoC is fraudulent as it states 'private land'. I would be flagging this up, but I've reported these fraudulent CCBC forms to the Sec of State for Justice to investigate. I've also persuaded Sir Greg Knight to look at it - he's the parking code of practice guy. It's also been sent to Neil O'Brien MP.1

Others need to do the same. The more people who flag this up, the better chance there is of damaging VCS and the likes.1
-
Please could everyone who has had an issue with VCS report them to www.actiofraud.police? Please also involve your MP and ask they bring issues to the Dept of Justice (fraudulent CCBC forms), Dept of Transport (airports not stopping PPCs breaking the law), Jake Burgess to CILEx for breaching their Code of Conduct for attempting fraud with his LBCs (he signed them!). Also report Ed to SRA for breaching their code of conduct, ie not giving proper legal advice to a client that would stop that client acting illegally. Please people, do it.1

Hi Coupon_mad
It is the sections to add to 2 and 3 of the template . Thanks2. It is admitted that the Defendant is the registered keeper of the vehicle in question but was not the driver on the day of the alleged contravention. The defendant has no liability as they are the Keeper of the vehicle, and the Claimant has failed to comply with the strict provisions of Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 to hold anyone other than the driver liable for the charges.
3. The defendant supplies the following statement:
“On the date of alleged contravention, the defendant had arrived from France and had arranged to be collected off the Airport grounds due to the driver being unfamiliar with the Airport roads. Whilst on the journey to the Airport the driver had the defendants 7 month old Granddaughter in the car who was born with a cleft palate (MEDICAL RECORDS AVAILABLE), which in itself caused various complications with her being able to swallow and breathe normally. During the journey the child had vomited and was struggling to clear the vomit on her own due to the hole in the roof of her mouth so the driver had no alternative but to carry out an Emergency stop so the defendant could get into the car to assist with the child. An Emergency stop that is allowed in the Airports own Terms and Conditions.3.1. Liverpool John Lennon airport operates under byelaws. Bylaws that have not been revoked and take precedence as confirmed by the DLUHC’S new Parking Code of Practice.
VCS operates under Liverpool John Lennon airport byelaws. The unexpected choking issue the driver encountered that afternoon, fits the criteria specified in LJLA’ byelaws.
Below are the relevant byelaws:PROHIBITED ACTS ON PARTS OF THE AIRPORT TO WHICH THE ROAD
TRAFFIC ENACTMENTS DO NOT APPLY
The following acts are prohibited on any part of the Airport to which the Road
Traffic Enactments do not apply:
“5 (3) Obstruction:
except in an emergency, leave or park a Vehicle or cause it to wait for a period in excess of the permitted time in an area where the period of waiting is restricted by Notice”
and
“5(12) Parking of Vehicles
without reasonable excuse! Park a Vehicle elsewhere than in a place provided for that0 -

Hi All,
I am just filling out my N180 form that i received from CCBC , just a couple of questions. I have followed what it says in Bargepoles guide but i was just wondering about question D2 .
It asks about whether i am asking for the courts permission to use expert written evidence , i know it says to say no in the guide but in my case i am stating the fact that my stop was an emergency to assist with my granddaughter who had a cleft palate at the time and i have stated that i have medical records in the defence i sent before i received the N180. So i basically want to know if i can still use the letters etc proving my granddaughter had a cleft palate and the ones that prove she is still undergoing treatment / tests to do with her swallowing if i say i'm not relying on expert evidence.
The other question is in the signature box it has the following underneath it
(Legal representative for the) 1st, 2nd, 3rd
(Claimant) (Defendant) (Part 20 claimant)
Do i just cross everything out apart from the Defendant bit ? Sorry if that seems like a daft question but i just want to make sure i get this right.
Thanks0 -

Also , i received a letter today from VCS informing me that Elms Legal are no longer the Legal Representative and that VCS are taking over from now on.
Basically just offering me the chance to cough up £185 and avoid any further action, i have put it in the file with the other pile of letters i have had over the last two and a half years.1
