Morning peeps:D the shops were full of 1/2 price sales yesterday, never had my size so did not get anything but was really wanting the x box 360 to be reduced and out of all the stuff it was not so still have not got one for DS oh the disappointment now is palpable:rotfl: we are going to have a teenager that has a huge strop on if we don't get one soon, the prob is they are so expensive £250, never spent that much on xmas presents and never will so it leaves catch 22, do we want a lousy xmas?:rotfl: :rotfl:

I was going to buy something purple to see my mother in as it is the in colour but they had nothing that was fab and I can live without:rotfl:

I might try again today but is my mother worth a new outfit?:rotfl: :rotfl:

Hello all, got a hangover from the hubby's works' do last night, dread to think how many syns I had!
Suggs - wow you haven't half changed! You look fab.
My secret santa parcel is getting wrapped and i'm sending it tomorrow! Haven't had mine yet, but looking forward to it! I cannot believe that I actually lost weight this week, only half a pound, but I'm still really pleased, just hope I don't gain when i get weighed on Thursday.

Hi everyone, just a quickie to say Hello really! It's absolutely freezing here - I'd really like to go and watch the Liverpool - Scum game but I don't know if I can brave the outdoors! Back from Brum yesterday, v tired but happy. Mum and Dad just brought me up one of my cupbaords from their garage so what I ought to be doing is sorting through my clothes but again, it's too cold to keep stripping off to try everything on!! Oh well, guess I'll have to chill out then...

Hello lovely peeps! OK I've finally taken the plunge and done a picture

I have one pic from yesterday, and a much older one which is something resembling me at my heaviest (argh, it's horrendous!) I had real trouble finding one because there just aren't many pictures of me around, so that's why it's a bit old!

Victory, sorry you didn't manage to get anything yesterday. You're brave going to the shops, I avoid them completely in December (and half of November). It's a seller's market this time of year with things like xboxes. Start training your son to be a MSE and tell him he will get more for the money in January!

missyg - thankfully I managed not to commit any homicides or cruelty to dumb (ha!) animals.

DS was at 2 birthday parties and we came back with some goodies and lovely cake. I sent the goodies from the partybag to my 12 year old nephew to munch on (he has that brilliant pre teen metabolism) but I kept some cake to treat myself with after I put the tree up.......



So, 5 hours later and the decorations are all up, I make myself a cuppa and go looking for the cake to find - the flipping dog has stolen it from the worktop and eaten it!


Any suggestions anyone of how to teach a dog not to steal food from tables/worktops ?
