Massive electric usage

You can see that on my normal bill patterns I’m a bit tight to be honest with energy being the only wage and a carer on minimum wage I’m sure you can understand

You're right to make the energy/power distinction but 3 kWh is perfectly possible daily energy use, particularly for someone concerned how much they are using right now. My total electricity use so far today is 3.5 kWh.

Just checked mine again and it’s 4kw now but did a load of washing earlier so that will push it up a bit so looking right for me

As above, there is an important distinciton between kW and kWh. I think you mean 4 kWh, right?
