It’s gone up since last pic then it was around 400 units if you take the one from yesterday that’s units used in one day at that time0

You've used 5.109kWh since yesterday's photo was taken. However, it's very strange that the meter is dated 2014. When was it installed?

I'm confused why people are still asking questions... it's so very clear that the meter is being misread? The photo between yesterday and today shows a difference of 5kwh... OP is misreading the meter and missing the decimal point.
Or am I missing something?!
