Apologies for not posting.  My mental health had not improved so I needed a little time out.

As usual, grateful for not having to pay for a meeting I did not attend, not getting stressed about having to attend when unwell and not having to pay someone to tell me I am fat, (or built for comfort as I prefer).  

My last weigh in would be next week, undecided if I will or won't... but will join the next qtr.  Christmas sun will do me the world of good.

Jenny sorry you haven't been in the best of places, please don't get near the scales if weighing in will have a adverse effect on your MH    your mental well being is more important than your weigh

Well if I had reported last Sat I could have said, hand on heart, that I was down nearly a half £.  Sadly that is no longer the case.  I wouldn't have said it anyways as I don't trust my scales to be accurate and I figure (for me at least) a few ounces is just a couple of sips of water so not really material.  

And now it's my birthday week (sometimes known as my birthday month....) so things will not improve any time soon.  I have been bad in that I bought myself a birthday cake but I've been good in having only a small slice (particularly in comparison to the OH's).  Otherwise there's just too many random carbs heading my way....

I don't expect next week will be worth reporting but I shall continue to monitor.

Hi managed an actual Park Run today, only 11th as have not had the ones I have done recently logged due to missing barcode :-). Can I get to 25 or 50 by the end of 2022, thinking about my pace so far even 25 is a push, so that is my new target. I want a park run Tshirt. I saw a 250 park runs t shirt today? I feel that is a sign :-) . I am excited as it is my first post covid run and well basically I did it.
I feel outside and exercise is at  a prime this time of the year. For moods and for health. And hopefully for weight. Happy Saturday.

Hiya, sorry I haven’t been here for a while. I’ve not been well, and we’ve had work done on the house, and I’ve eaten everything….. cakes, takeaways etc
I’ve put on a lb, which as it’s been three weeks isn’t as bad as it could have been,
im back on the wagon now and determined to get back to being good, not least because I’m diabetic and all the gluten free cake and mince pies I’ve eaten won’t have helped with my sugar levels.
