Evening all I hope everyone is well and not too impacted by the weekend weather

I've realised that another year is nearly over and I seem to have moved up and down within the same stone bracket all year 🙄 today I've received a 'save the date' text for a wedding next December I'm hoping that will be enough to get me going again. I really do not want that panic trawl around the shops looking for something I like which fits me
at least I'm sorted with shoes and handbags 🤨
I've not been 100% the last couple of days (nothing serious) but it has made me turn to carbs, toast and cereal - tomorrow WI may not be pretty 😬Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin2 -
I have been the same. Feeling absolutely starving and wanting non stop stodge. I have been a bit off colour too, and that, combined with the cold weather, seems to make me want to increase my fat stores instead of lose it the last couple of days.Brambling said:Evening all I hope everyone is well and not too impacted by the weekend weather
