Hi everyone. Sorry that I've not been around. Life is pretty crazy right now and I've sort of lost the plot.
However, I'm pleased to say that I've STS for the last couple of weeks. It could well have been a different story, I'm just glad that it wasn't!

Think we have all been knocked sideways by the sad news of Dumplings loss .
I know I was and I’ve always been a comfort eater .
Think of her a lot6 -
I am reporting a loss of a measly half a pound.
Still, a loss is a loss, and considering the bombardment of cake, cheesey balls and mince pies everywhere I look at the moment, I am patting myself on the back and calling it a triumph!
I made some "quite acceptable" biscuits yesterday, just with oat bran, yogurt, and a squirt of flavoured syrup.
They were very hard to mould and spread, so I will try adding an egg next time, but they were fine dunked in tea.5 -
Hi I am keeping an eye on here and on the scales, but might not weigh in till the new challenge. Have just bought an exercise bike though to burn a few cal, as am struggling to get out in the dark.
Am also struggling to stay out of the sugar, coffee, bad sleep, no exercise cycle, partly seasonal and partly life stress. In time it will all get better.

have decided that I shall try to be teetotal as much as possible until closer to Christmas. Birthdays always result in a few too many I find.....net result is an STS which is not completely a disappointment.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards. I forgot to weigh in this week. It’s been a bit crazy and stressful both at work and at home. I’ll weigh in on Monday and report then. Then I start 3 weeks leave and things should ease up a bit, hopefully.»The road to DF is long and bumpy » Greensaints4
