    Hi Dumpling, hope you get better soon. 

    Some not so sensibel advice - if I go away and eat more than usual, I take at least a week before I weigh back in, just for the 'water weight' to settle. 
    Today is my last day stuck at home and off sick, and I shall make the most of it, yet getting back to work and exercise will be a gentle process.

    Emergency fund: 100/1000 10%
    Weight loose 8.6 kg - while having fun. 0/8.6 0%
    Focus debt to clear HSBC £10/1111, 0% updated May 25

    I am sorry to inform you that Dumpling passed away at 12:30 today, her passing was very peaceful, we will miss her so much.
