Well done, Monnogran for reaching target, and thank you for your kind words.
Reporting a disaster of one and a half pounds on!
I must have lost my mind. I succumbed to Weight Watchers (or WW as they ridiculously call themselves) free trial of their new plan that came out last week.
It works by them giving you a low number of "points" (represents calories, sugar, fibre, protein) to use on food, and you earn extra points every time you eat vegetables or exercise, or drink two litres of water.
As far as I can see, most other people are loving it and have had HUGE weight losses this week, but you see, I already eat absolutely loads of vegetables, walk a lot when I can, and swig water all day long and so I had extra points flying at me left right and centre.
Somebody sensible would have used the extra points for chicken breast, or eggs, not mountains of crisps, ice cream and mars bars.

I always think its good to understand why something doesn't work for you. I know some might go down the "well WW says this is the right way so this weight gain is meant to happen!!"
Yes and WW! I never think Weight Watchers as I always mentally put an F behind it which makes it either World Wildlife or World Wrestling....so pandas or big men grunting in their tight shorts.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards. That's sounds a complicated way of doing things Honey 🤨 like you I would probably use my extra points for 'naughty food' The problem could be if your were already doing all that your body is used to it where WW are assuming it will be all new exercise etc.Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin3

One thing though, I have found the "WWwrestling" app to be very good indeed at calories. It doesn't tot it up for you, but is a lot easier than other apps I have looked at, so before I have to pay, I will make a note of the calories of all the things I regularly eat in the actual portions I use, (instead of "per ounce or gram that I am too thick to work out) which I am sure will come in handy.
Plan for today is
Bacon and tomato butty. Raw carrots, turnip, celery.
Chicken, gravy, spuds, cabbage, sprouts leeks, broccoli.
And satsumas if I can find any. I dont know if it is just my area, but they appear to have vanished.
