Every little helps short_bird, that's a half lb of butter 🙂 although I'm not sure I should be using butter as a point of reference on a weight loss thread 😁
Stay away from the ice cream Bella 😁 that sound better than saying stay away from Ben and Jerry 😬

Sadly STS. Which as I always say is at least better than an STD.
Blaming the OH's birthday weekend and the fact that involved, wine, fizz and salted caramel cake.
I'm going back to low carb, high protein til the end of the month when my birthday rolls around.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards. STS for me too this week. I blame the cold weather.
That's number 1 on my list of excuses.

Great start Bella 👏👏 I'm glad the B&J was needed 😁
Brie I nearly sprayed my tablet with tea reading your post 😁 well done on the STS 🙂
Monna frost this morning and the soup didn't defrost so I think I'll use the cold too 😁 next not sure to blame mum or two of my sisters for having birthdays 5 days apart 🤔

Well sadly on to report an other 1lb gain, but that is after a weekend of b'day take outs, and the good news are that I am off the couch, went for a run on Sunday and yesterday and have made a healthy pasta salad for lunch today.
And I have got swimming tonight and bike to work today. Fingers crossed it will start coming together soon.
I shall be heading for protein and vege as well. Time is my main problem, but then again just an other excuse!

I’m afraid it’s a STS for me…
well actually it was a lb on then a lb off over the last two weeks.
Not bad considering I had a long weekend of delicious eating in London, then got a cold a few days after coming back… which just ruined all desire to diet.
Ive got to get back on the band wagon. It is the time of year for soups and stews. I’ve got a fridge crammed full of veg, so I’ve just got to eat it now.

STS, please @Brambling.
I'm happy with this. 4 More weeks left for me, so hoping for a bit more, just so the holiday clothes feel a bit better, or should I say the scaffolding on my swimwear does not dig in!
Thank you again for all those who contribute, it's the first time I've tried to change my habits with zero stress.
Have a good week everyone.
