I am reporting a big fat stay the same today. I will have to get used to not losing or even gaining some weeks, because I am only in a slight calorie deficit in the hope that it will be sustainable long term that way.
The plan for today is
Can of butter beans
Bolognaise
Oat bran with cream and sugar.
Plus raw vegetables and fruit .5 -
honey, even slight calorie deficiencies mount up eventually and it's important to eat what you enjoy. Not too much of it, but if you only eat things that are 'healthy' or low-calorie eventually you will get fed up, rebel and stuff all sorts of treats down your throat that you won't enjoy and that will leave you suffering guilt pangs. And extra weight. You are doing OK. Not putting anything on is a success in itself.
Anyway, I am ecstatic to report a 2lbs loss please Brambling.
Still eating whatever I fancy in small, slow, mindful sessions. It is a revelation how little I need to satisfy hunger and how often I'm just wanting a taste of something. Mouthwash is my secret weapon.I believe that friends are quiet angels
