No shame allowed here Brie 🙂
Well done on facing the scales Ditty
new month and a new start 🙂
A great loss Jenny 👏👏 I've stopped using my dinner plates and I'm using the next size down which is between the dinner and tea plate size which I think helps with portion size.
My sister left this morning so I'm dreading the WI tomorrow, I was cooking healthy meals but we had lunch at a Turkish restaurant on Saturday and had sandwiches out Sunday and Monday. We wouldn't mention wine or evening treats 😬
I'm used to living alone so the cat and I are enjoying having the house back to ourselves, unfortunately my BIL left the opened pack of chocolate biscuits I brought for him to have with coffee (I usually send the open pack back with him) they are no longer a problem :'(

Thank you Brambling.
It is all about finding a balance, dinner plate size is a good idea, my eyes and plate do not always match.
I am trying to do damage limitation, 3 weeks Christmas holiday = ice cream, a few treats and sundowners on the balcony!
In the days when I was very slim, the big fluffy cat and I used to live on tuna and noodles, lol. Happy days.

Well done on the loss Suffolksue just sorry it was because you were ill

I hope everyone is doing okLife shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin4 -
Well done everybody for the losses and keeping going.
I am reporting three weeks worth of losses. Five pounds in total. 1, 2, 2. I seem to have settled into my self imposed "rules" now, and it is getting easier.

I am in the "No Willpower" club too, Bella. I can also thoroughly convince myself in the moment that a choc ice or orange aero is part of the healthy eating plan and a jolly good idea.BellaLasagna2018 said:Hello!I think I would like to join this group and see if I can lose some weight. I have been trying since the beginning of the year, but got nowhere. I lose some, and put it back on. On the positive side, I seem to have maintained my weight
6 years ago I got to my ideal weight, just as I met my partner. 6 years of a comfortable life, of glasses of wine, take-aways on nights we are too tired to cook and I need to lose 2 stones.I know what to do to lose weight, but I am seriously lacking in willpower, even though I know it will be better for my health, and I will be happier with what I see in the mirror!Initially, I would like to lose 8lbs between now and mid-December.
So, tomorrow, I start again. Seriously this time.5 -
Some nice steady losses Honey 👏
I'm afraid my will power took off about 40 years ago

I haven’t had any ice cream or chocolate this week (so far) so if I don’t see a satisfactory loss on Monday morning I will be disappointed and… buying a tub of Ben&Jerry’s lolhoneythewitch said:I am in the "No Willpower" club too, Bella.
