Hi everyone
I'm definitely squishy but I give fantastic hugs apparently so it can't be all bad. I was going to slink in with my tail between my chubbier legs but heck no! I feel like Tigger this evening so I am going to bounce back into this thread with a request to be put down for 14lb to lose this quarter.
I don't know what happened after the last challenge but I was poorly again and somehow put 21lb on in 10 days. I was hoping a lot of that was fluid but it is still hanging on in there so I am going to try very hard to get some of it gone before the Christmas excesses kick in.
I will try to write a meal plan in a minute to use up some of the food in the fridge before I go off and buy some salady bits, actually I might make that soupy bits as I don't love salad and it doesn't love me either. I just have to finish off a bag of minstrels this evening.
I have been reading along and lurking in the background and it is good to see so many of you doing so well. I hope to join you from tomorrow xx4 -

Right, I mean business so have planned my meals for today including drinks and snacks and have written them down on my WW planner. I woke up this morning full of positivity, hilarity, needing a pee and wanting a cup of tea. two months today until Christmas and this year I would like to just confine my Christmas scoffing to the three days over the holiday instead on the whole month of December!
My meals today are going to be:
b - 3 weetabix, semi skimmed milk and a banananana
l - 3 egg omelette with ham, mushrooms and a little bit of red leicester
d - sausage and pumpkin traybake
s - apple and milk for teas.

Hi All,
A +2lb for me - decided I would actually report it rather than just come back in a few weeks when I started losing again (note the positivity there please, I won't just start the "I'll start again in the New Year").
I have got one more week of things happening every day (that make me think wine and snacks are a good idea) but I will up my exercise - I really slacked off last week and hope I can limit the damage to a STS.
You'll be pleased to know I didn't blow up the microwave when we tried the popcorn although I did leave OH in charge - I don't like the popping, it's scary!

This week I was stay the same…
that’s probably going to go up for next week as I’m in London with my husband for a few days away and we’re enjoying eating out.
Then again, i walked over 25,000 steps today. My feet and knees and hips say I’m too old to more than triple my average daily steps in one fell swoop, and with normal shoes on. But my Fitbit says I burned nearly 3000 calories, so you never know….

Ooh yes… the other day i discovered that you can make a pizza base using equal volumes of self raising flour and virtually fat free cottage cheese. I did it with gluten free flour and I could even roll it out… it doesn’t even need to prove.
I’m not sure if that’s particularly weight losing friendly information but it does mean that a simple low fat pizza base can quickly and simply be made at home without ordering a takeaway.It’s also a mse way of using up all the leftover fat free cottage cheese we all buy with the best of intentions.5 -

l - bacon, sausage, eggs, baked beans, mushroom and tomato and 2 pieces of toast
d - cottage pie with cabbage and cauliflower
s - no snacks today

Please someone stop allowing pizzas to be in my vicinity. Even with @saving_is_good 's gluten free base, even if I made one of those cauli bases....it would still have masses of topping and 29 pounds of cheese on it so it's never going to be a healthy option now is it????
