Well, I haven’t made my NSD target this month.
Gardening and housework on the agenda today. Then a visit to the pub early evening.
Brunch will be tattie scones and poached eggs. I’ve taken a pizza out of the freezer and we’ll have that after the pub (which will hopefully avoid being tempted by the chippy on the way home!)

Aiming for 16 NSD’s this month – today is one!
Weather very mixed today. Quite dark this afternoon.
Bit of gardening done and some tidying up. The non-slip bath pads I ordered arrived, so later on those will go in the bath. I had some before, but they were looking a bit manky, so I took them off yesterday and gave the bath a good clean.
Brunch of eggs royale using tattie scones rather than muffin. Later on we’ll have spinach and lentil pie and sweet potatoes.

Jobs today:
A couple of kitchen cupboards reorganised
Weeding done – before the rain, its gone very dark outside now.
Banking checked
This afternoon I’m off to my friends for our knit and natter session.
Some really good news – our £150 council tax rebate has been paid. Its come in very handy as DH has had to do some repairs to the motorhome, so its more than paid for that with a bit extra for savings.
Breakfast porridge and berries, lunch soup and bread and tonight its chicken kiev with mashed sweet potatoes and green beans.

We had a lovely day today. We went on a trip to Lands End. What made it even better was I didn’t spend any money. So I have proved to myself that I can have a day out and make it an NSD.
We had toast for breakfast, tuna salad for lunch and I made Stromboli and salad for tea.
We have a locals pass for Lands End so was free to park. We had a walk and the weather was glorious sunny and hot. We had a picnic lunch and coffee from our flask. After that we went to Dobbies garden centre where (as we are Club members) we had two free teas.

This morning I met a friend for coffee. Whilst I was out I stocked up on milk.
This afternoon just some general tidying. I’m now waiting for DS to phone to let me know where I need to pick him up from. He is getting a lift with friends, but will be to the nearest town.
Breakfast porridge with berries, lunch was leftover Stromboli, tea tonight is spinach and lentil pie – we may have it with chippy chips!
