Help! DCBLegal Claim form received from Northampton CCBC
Hopefully DCB Legal will have seen the light with PDG and discontinue all cases involving him. From all the threads that I have read involving him (including mine) he doesn’t appear to have done things “by the book” ie no written contracts, failing to respond to appeals, failing to respond to SAR’s, failing to follow BPA CoP, failing POFA, no permission to erect signage, etc I doubt seriously he would win any case in court - perhaps DCBL have cut their losses
Hi everyone, good news (I think)!.. I have just returned home and found a letter from DCB Legal saying "Our client has instructed us to discontinue Court proceedings and close our file...." they say they notified the court (I checked it has the correct case number) and also enclosed a N279 for my records. I'm guessing that is the end of it????
Well done - you won your battle!
We just reported a win on a much larger scale that might interest you too because this affects all motorists:
