Morning all,
I am here! Piggers - I hope it goes well xx
Kaz - what a worry. Thinking of you please keep us posted xx
YL - I hope the letters contain nothing concerning, thinking of you too xx
Well I am officially unemployed! It feels strange, daunting, bonkers - but the RELIEF is immense. A friend who I deliver eggs to baked us a lovely cake yesterday so I have just enjoyed a slice of that with a cuppa. A huge load of washing in flying around madly on the line in the wind, I have picked poo, the dog has been walked and the children at school. I have someone coming later on to collect a FB purchase, and will be using that money tomorrow to do a butchers stock up. We don't eat much meat but when we do it is from the butcher.
Will no doubt pop back in later xx8 -
YL.. I'd just open them.. I wouldn't even hide it.. I do for my adult children.. no one has complained yet!
Appointment done.. Dr pushing us to medicate Dot and I don't want to, it has never been about medication it has only ever been about support and understanding and helping her find ways to deal with the hand she has been dealt.. I'm a bit cross tbh.. but she is doing the written report now so one lot of answers going to school.

Quick wave from me. Off to the other house and then to the end of the world to see DD2 and help her choose a sofa.
Bed made, clothes picked up
Kitchen tidy
Shopping done
Bins went out very very full, I even filled next door's too
Did a voice over for a video for OH work, quite interesting and fun.
Have a good weekend

I opened the letters. One is an invitation to get another Covid jab, one is confirmation of his last review, and one is his next appointment. He says he will have the Covid jab if I make an appointment but its a nightmare because I never know when he is at work.
ASB your post made me smile, I am so glad that you dont have to go back to work. And Pigpen medication is an easy option as far as health professionals are concerned. I wouldnt want it for her either, she can learn to cope with the world and live a happy and fulfilling life with the right support.
Paid stuff done, went for a gentle walk with DH, ran the hoover around, wiped the kitchen units and tiles down, and put clean washing away. Struggling to get out of bed on a morning at the moment but I made myself get up early and do a workout before the paid stuff.
Feet up now.

It's been a day...
and DD is here and she has used my bath sheet. The horror. She is allowed towels.

Morning all xx
Why would I want to sleep after 6am on a Saturday anyway? I persevered until 7 am but then my desire for a brew 🫖overcame my desire to stay in bed because it's weekend.
I've made my bed and opened windows in my bedroom and bathroom to let some fresh air in. While the kettle was boiling I unpacked my lunch bag and rinsed drinks cans ready for recycling.
It's been a challenging week at work- are there any other sort? But it's done now 🥳 and I'm at home with Sweetie and a brew....and if I've caught covid off my positive tested colleague I'll find out over the next day or two and there's not much I can do one way or t'other. They've put screens up in the office now - horse? Stable door? Pi!! up? Brewery.
Round 1
Brew 2 - not ready for breakfast yet
Get dressed
Feed the birds 🐦
Put out the rubbish and recycling
*Bring laundry hamper down
Sort washing into loads
Set WM swishing
*actually I'll check the weather forecast to see if there's a 'best day for drying outside before I do this
WUDUPA a bowl of pots
Note to self: cobweb living room 🤫
Love to you all

Morning all
Rubbish sleep here, I was wandering around the WAC club at 2am, I’m suffering with piles (sorry TMI), tried so many things to no avail, needless to say I was feeling quite sorry for myself at 2am with the itch and pain.
Onto today, there is a one off food share this morning at the village hall so we will walk there. There are pallets to chop, veggie soup for lunch and a trip to the butcher is needed. I may find time for a nap later as well.
Hugs to all xxx

Morning all. Hope you're all ok and hugs and whatever else you need if not.
Rubbish night's sleep here too, up at 3am, back to bed, up just before 7, back to bed and I've just got up. So today is breakfast, shower, make myself presentable, read book, lunch then going to an afternoon show with a friend that was supposed to have been in May 2020.
Have a great day everyone.Spend less now, work less later.10
